Hello and Welcome to my page.

I moved to Kyoto from New York 10 years ago so it's my 10th Anniversary living in the city this year.

I have been fascinated by the Japanese culture, especially by the traditional tea ceremony and kimono, since then.

I enjoy strolling the ancient streets of Kyoto and its numerous shrines and temples in kimono and yukata.

I like to help my students learn how to promote their culture to people overseas and how to welcome foreign visitors with the best hospitality in English.

In class I use most recent resources that help students expand their vocabulary with modern definitions and terminology.

I also specialize in editing and copywriting for Japanese businesses.
